Leadership Team

Chet Thaker – Chief Executive Officer

Chet has been a telecom industry entrepreneur since 1986 and has a keen professional interest in developing database solutions to help businesses and consumers sort through the maze of telecom options. During his 25 years in the telecom industry, Chet has worked with some of the nation’s largest service providers including Pacific Bell, Bell Atlantic, NYNEX and BellSouth to help them design innovative systems solutions for sales and marketing management, complex voice and data network design systems, and operations performance management. Chet has also authored a book entitled Negotiating Telecommunications Contracts and taught two popular college courses on the telecommunications industry at the University of California, Irvine; Engineering Extension. He graduated from UCLA. Chet serves as a Trustee of the William & Mary Foundation in Williamsburg, VA.

Inna Stair – Vice President, Client Services

Inna Stair is the Vice President of Client Services at TeleBright, where she drives service excellence, operational precision, and long‑term client success across the company’s portfolio. With more than sixteen years of tenure, she leads the organization’s client‑facing operations, ensuring accuracy in all reporting, strengthening account performance, and elevating the overall customer experience.

Inna is recognized for transforming complex challenges into stable, scalable processes that improve efficiency and reduce risk. Her deep command of TeleBright’s systems and industry landscape enables her to anticipate issues before they surface, implement proactive solutions, and maintain the high standards clients rely on. Under her leadership, the Client Services team consistently delivers reliable outcomes that enhance customer trust and support strategic decision‑making.

Known for her integrity, responsiveness, and exceptional relationship‑building skills, Inna is regarded by clients as a trusted partner and an extension of their internal teams. Her work directly contributes to stronger client retention, smoother operations, and measurable improvements in service quality.

She holds an Associate’s Degree from Montgomery College in Rockville, MD, where she earned the Dean’s List Award, the Honors Scholar Award, and the Samuel R. Blate Award for Creative Writing.

Mark Thomas – Director of Client Services

Mark Thomas is the Director of Client Services at TeleBright, where he brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate management, UX and brand development, marketing, and client‑focused operations. Mark leads his team with a hands‑on, thoughtful approach, making sure daily operations run smoothly and that both clients and colleagues feel supported. He’s known for listening closely to what clients need and turning those insights into practical, efficient solutions that make their experience stronger. Mark enjoys finding creative ways to improve processes and encourage innovation within the team, all while keeping an eye on how technology can help TeleBright stay ahead. With a focus on clarity, organization, and genuine relationship‑building, he works to ensure every client interaction is handled with care, consistency, and forward‑thinking service.

Suja Sundaram - Director of Product Development

Ms. Suja Sundaram is the Director of Product Development and leads TeleBright India, based in Chennai. She oversees engineering execution and product delivery working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stability, scalability, and ongoing modernization of the platform.

Suja brings over 15+ years of project management experience, having successfully led large-scale, complex initiatives for major telecom clients during her tenure at Tata in India. She is known for her strong execution discipline, strategic thinking, and ability to align teams with business objectives.

Suja holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and leverages her extensive experience in program execution and team leadership to deliver meaningful outcomes for the product and the organization.

Dave Baldwin – Practice Leader

Mr. Baldwin has nearly 25 years of experience in the financial management of telecommunications and information systems with a focus on identifying and implementing customized cost reduction solutions. Mr. Baldwin works with clients in many industries including healthcare, banking/financial services, and higher education. Delivering $500M+ in savings to our clients, Mr. Baldwin has built long term client relationships based on his deep understanding of their specific environment and attention to client specific detail. As a key player in our ongoing expense management service, Mr. Baldwin is responsible for providing these clients with ongoing optimization recommendations that allow them to keep pace with their changing needs and the evolving telecommunication landscape.

Roger Stryker – Practice Leader

Mr. Stryker has over 25 years of experience in the technical and financial management of telecommunications and information systems. Mr. Stryker’s experience includes detailed auditing and optimization of voice/data communications network facilities, contract analysis and negotiation, PBX/Cloud design, procurement, and implementation support. Mr. Stryker also provides tactical and strategic planning support to clients seeking to totally redesign their telecommunications infrastructure. Mr. Stryker also has significant experience in optimizing our client’s mobility and wireless service levels and contract terms.

Board & Advisors

Julie Dobson – Chairman

Julie serves on corporate boards for public and private companies. Previously, she served as TeleCorp PCS’s (TLCP) Chief Operating Officer from July 1998 to February 2002. She has held many leadership positions at Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) over an eighteen-year career as President of Bell Atlantic Mobile and as CEO of Bell Atlantic Business Systems Services. Julie earned a B.S. from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ray Smith – BOARD OF ADVISORS & INVESTOR

Ray is a Partner at Arlington Capital Partners in Washington DC and Chairman of Rothschild North America, Inc. Ray also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Atlantic (BEL) where he transformed the company from a regional telephone operation into a global telecommunications leader. Before being appointed Chairman and CEO, Ray served as Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer as well as President and Chief Operating Officer. He has also held senior management positions at AT&T and Bell of Pennsylvania and Delaware. Ray graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. and from the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned an MBA.

Drew Smith – BOARD MEMBER & INVESTOR

Drew has over 35 years of management, corporate, consulting and investment experience. He currently owns and operates The Rockham Companies which have over 40 restaurants in the Mid-Atlantic region and he runs a private equity fund, Ockham Capital. Prior to that, he helped start the buyout fund Arlington Capital, where he worked for a decade, was the CEO of VIPC, a broadband communications consulting company, and was the Worldwide Finance Manager of ASK Computer, a $400 million software company. Drew has served on the Boards of ten companies. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and earned an MBA from Duke University.

Richard Bove – BOARD MEMBER & INVESTOR

Rich is President of Bove & Associates, a financial services firm (tax and investment matters) based in Los Angeles. He is also General Partner of Bartol Family Capital Partners, an investment fund. Rich is an attorney and a Certified Public Accountant.

Aush Thaker – BOARD MEMBER

Data science veteran with extensive experience in the risk-assessment for the consumer credit industry, including contributing to the development of early generations of FICO scores. Founder, director, and executive at a successful SaaS startup, later acquired, specializing in predictive modeling and data analysis.

Nitin Thaker – BOARD MEMBER

Senior IT manager with experience in design and implementation of physical IT Infrastructure (such as Microsoft Active Direcory based authentication infrastructure, secure wireless networks, and secure Virtual Private Networks (VPN). Deployed and managed comprehensive IT security infrastructure and policies that are compliant with Federal/NIST regulations and standards. Managed design, implementation, of new datacenters. Planned and managed relocations of several US federal government and private industry datacenters. Managed IT engineering teams for federal government and private industry.
